Tony and Rhonda Pangle, founders of WSR, have served on staff in music and worship ministries for over twenty years in churches ranging in size from 60 in attendance to 3000. They both hold degrees in music and understand the challenges unique to churches of various sizes.
Passionate about the worship ministry of the local church, Tony and Rhonda blend their love for Christ, hearts for worship, and musical training. They particularly desire to be of support to smaller congregations.
